“Those are some great graphics”
Tent Town: A new graphic novel project
I have always wanted to work on a graphic novel but I can’t even draw stick figures. Think how XKCD makes me feel. But at Dragon*Con in Atlanta this summer, my friend Len Peralta of Monster by Mail and Jawbone Radio fame, kindly offered to let me help him out on a graphic novel concept.
The title is Tent Town. You can get more info on it at Len’s blog post. Suffice to say we’re just teasing you with the cover art and hope to be releasing more soon, a few pages at a time

Plug memory into your vidphone – Ep. 8
We are well chuffed, as the Brits say, to have Paul and Storm of Paul and Storm join us to give their short term predictions which involve the ability to store your memories on thumb drives and the final arrival of those video phones we all want.

UZER 14: Guests Tom Merritt & Joe Hewitt
Did a guest spot with Mike Giannas and Reece Wissler of the UZER (the ultimate zone for everything relevant) podcast. It was good fun and an interesting conversation. Even better Joe Hewitt the developer from Facebook who quit iPhone app development is the other guest and he’s definitely worth listening to. Listen in!
The Movielicious #14 – Elementary, ain’t it ?
had the distinct pleasure of worming my way onto The Movielicious, a fantastic movie review podcast done by a Frenchman (Patrick Beja), a Brit (Turpster), and an American (Nicole Spagnuolo). Also guesting on this episode is Scott Johnson of FrogPants Studios. My place was to talk about 2012 and defend the hilarious genre of disaster porn. But a member of the panel surprised me by joining my side!
East Meets West 183 – Why must we fight?
Tom and Roger have differing opinions about why the country seems so divided over politics. They also have differing opinions about the Prisoner remake. Which is more important? You decide!
