Epic released a new tool called MetaHuman Animator that captures an actor’s facial performance using an iPhone, that then creates your “MetaHuman” in the Unreal Engine using local GPU hardware within “minutes.” Thursday the US Senate Judiciary Committee is resurfacing The Journalism Competition and Preservation Act, a proposed bill designed to help print and broadcast news outlets in their negotiations with tech giants. Streamlabs released a new podcast editing tool called Podcast Editor. It includes machine-assistance like text-based editing and transcript generation.
