Apple faces legal scrutiny for abuse of market dominance in India, Texas legislature approves a bill to fine social media platforms for removing posts or users based on location or political view, and Locast, a non-profit service that streams locally broadcast channels over the internet, to people geolocated in the broadcast area, shuts down after losing copyright case.

Apple Lets Reader Apps Link to Sign Up Websites – DTH
Apple will now let “reader” apps, like Netflix and Spotify, link to sign up websites, central banks in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and South Africa working on a cross-border digital payments system, and and the EU Court of Justice rules zero-rating violates net neutrality.
