Google launches AI Studio, a webtool to allow developers to create chatbots and apps based on its new Gemini Pro LLM and a new medical focused LLMs under the name MedLM. Plus Apple is testing ‘Stolen Device Protection’ , a feature coming to iOS 17.3 that can delay a thief’s ability to alter critical information on a phone. And Nature Electronics published a study which describes a “hybrid biocomputer” system called Brainoware that can identify voices with 78% accuracy.
